Every society has some poor people and some rich people. This is natural because every person has a different ability and capability. Societies run smoothly if it has both poor and riches because riches don’t do work on their own but outsource their work to others and the poor accept that work and receive wages to find their household. In a society where there is no poor only rich people are living, they cannot find the poor to outsource their work likewise were there only poor lives there is nobody who outsources their work. The basic rule of Economics indicates that “The more the circulation of wealth the happier the society will be”. In this way, society prosper and can live happily. Justice through Equality in Income: It is a great debate between the two Economic Systems, Capitalism, and Socialism, that whether everyone in the society has equal wages or not. In a just society, every person is treated equally.

Social and Economic Inequality among the People:
Peoples are similar in some attributes and they are different in some attributes. They are not wholly similar and are not different. To provide justice we have to consider those attributes in which everyone is equal and also consider those attributes in which they are different. It is unjust to consider them similar totally and treat them equally. Human beings are equal in their rights to live, freedom, and to find pleasure. Every life of a person is equal in value. No matter which race he belongs to and irrespective of the age, the life of a person is should be treated equally. Every person should have the opportunity to live independently and try to contribute to society. But every person is not equal in virtue, talent, mental ability, and capacity. Example: It would be incorrect to demand from every student, despite a difference in their ability, capability, talent, and achievement, receives the same grade. But if a Van of school accidents and teachers and students injured in the accident and they both are admitted to the hospital. So as human being they both should be treated equally as the life of every person is equal to others. Every person should have the right to have necessities that are required to live and sustain their life in the society which includes house, costumes and meals, free literacy education, free justice from the police and courts, free attending to the hospital, and other basic benefits. But it does not mean that everything which is mentioned above should be provided by the Government but social institutions such as family, friends, welfare institutions, private charities, NGOs and business partners, share the burden of the Government to provide these necessities to the poor people.
Responsibilities of State to Provide Equal Opportunities:
The responsibility of the state is to provide such an environment that every citizen of the society should love each other and have a caring response to the others. It is by any means of imagination not correct that because of the increase in wages of some people in society the others become or the increase in wages becomes the reason to make people poor. The rich people play an important role in society to uplift the economic chart of society and to provide employment to the poor people and they also give charity and helps the poor people. And in this way, the circulation of wealth is possible in society.to put all the focus on the income gap is not the proper way to solve the problem but to provide such an environment that will help both the rich people and the poor people is the solution and it is the proper way to create a permanent just society.
Opportunities of Earning for Poor and Riches:
In the recent past, earnings of the poor people does not rise as quickly as compared to the rich people. riches. It tells us that the 1 % rich people of the world have twice as much wealth as 6.9 billion people. Contrast this with the reality that almost half of the world population has to spend the whole day on the earning below $5.50 a day. And such increasing inequality is socially and morally dangerous for the society. This type of increase in income can divide the hearts of people and create an enemy between the poor and rich people that would eventually threaten the state politics, and destroy the economy which is bad for any country. The result of this is that dispute starts, it violates the valued moral principle of equality. The more the difference between the riches and poor increases the more the society suffers. Wealthy people spend their money on things which are not essential and necessary to their life. They live lavish lives and those who do not maintain standard according to theirs are below human. They behave differently to them. This will create hatred in the heart of the poor. They don’t have money to buy things which are essential to their living and cannot live without them. In this situation, they see someone who is spending money on the things which are useless in life cause the differences. Inflation has reached an all-time high in Pakistan, with the costs being overwhelmingly shouldered by the poor.

Statistics of Inflation:
As of January 2020, inflation stood at 14.6 percent, the highest it has been in nine years. The cost of basic foodstuffs has been particularly high, which hits the poor the hardest. In the last year alone, the cost of tomatoes rose 157.72 percent, onions 125.32 percent, vegetables 93.6 percent, potatoes 87.3 percent, sugar 26.29 percent, wheat flour 24.06 percent, eggs 18.05 percent, cooking oil 15.44 percent and meat 13.43 percent. It is a wonder how the poor can put food on their tables given such staggering increases. In the context of Pakistan, there has been a shocking increase in suicide rates in some of the most deprived parts of the country with women and youth amongst those most affected. For example, 1,300 cases of suicide have been recorded in Sindh over the past five years. In 2018, 81 percent of those committing suicide belonged to the lower-income groups with most suicides blamed on poverty, unemployment, ignorance, economic conditions, and lack of basic facilities of life, debt, forced marriages, violence, and drug abuse. Furthermore, inequalities in terms of development between different parts of the country lead to increasing tensions between ethnic groups and a sense of alienation amongst those who are most deprived. While poverty is a national problem, it is spread unevenly across the country. A staggering 62 percent of Baluchistan’s rural population is living in poverty, and 80 percent of the poor overall live in rural areas leading to a rapid rate of urbanization and an increasing strain on the resources and infrastructure of our cities Another thing which is the major problem concerning our country is that Pakistan’s Elite class people doesn’t pay taxes. This widens the gap between the poorer and richer.
Gap Between the Poor and Riches and How to Over come:
The solution is Prosperity, not Equality: The difference in salary between rich and poor people is not causing injustice in the society. The things which cause injustice to society are reduced achievements, suppress freedom, and create unhealthy dependence on government. If we aim to help the poor people who are in need, we can quickly do it by pointing and targeting the sources of true material hardships. We have to consider poor people our friends and neighbor to solve their problems, instead of build hatred and see them as targets and victims of enemy. We should feel the pain of the poor people because when we treat them as our fellow citizen we have to put them up on their feet and to establish them in our free society in order to create a just society, While there is no simple solution to the problem of growing inequality, one of the most effective means of reducing the wealth gap is through a more progressive tax structure, one in which the wealthiest citizens contribute the most to the country’s exchequer.
Justice demands that we care for the one who has no money to buy justice on their own and requires a rich person to get them out of the poverty level. But justice does not require to erase poverty by giving equal wages to poor and rich people. What need to do is not to equalize the wages but to create the environment of passion to sacrifice for the poor. We have to change our economic talks to bridge the gap between rich and poor to the questions of growth, mobility, and prosperity, then we will become stable and can able to upbringing the conditions that allow everyone the opportunity to prosper and flourish.
Justice system of Pakistan:
Justice is the basis of all the happiness in the society. Justice is the most important public good in a society that establishes regulation and strength. Justice keeps equilibrium and stability in a society and takes it towards success and advancement. While an unjust society cannot even imagine to prosper and progress because it collapses quickly due to its wrongful commands and proceedings. Pakistan takes its legal justice framework from the British after the partition of the sub-continent. In Pakistan, several disputes in the society are more.
Supreme Court, High Courts and Other Higher Level Judicial Institution:
Pakistan’s Judicial system have two levels of courts: the upper judiciary court and the lower judiciary courts. The upper judiciary is consists of the Supreme Court, the Federal Shariat Court and five High Courts, with the Supreme Court at the top.
Civil Sessions and Criminal District Courts:
The lower judiciary courts consist of civil courts and criminal district courts, and many specialized courts. Pakistani courts are overburdening having many cases pending both in the upper judiciary courts and the lower judiciary courts. Our courts consist of lesser staff as compared to the workload and an underachieving legal framework where money takes the upper hand for lawyers rather than the justice. There are many dismissals of complaints that add to the income of the lawyers but increases the suffering of the one who wants justice. It is a system where pendency in deciding cases drain the plaintiff of their earnings on the false quotation that justice should not be rushed. The faith of the public is required on the institutions of the country to acquire National prosperity. A justice system where 1.9 million cases are pending does not increase any confidence of Pakistanis. A Supreme Court saddled with 40871 cases has less time to think and to give decisions on more important constitutional issues and much needed judicial reforms.

Reasons Behind Lack of Efficiency in Court of Law:
The first reason for the lack of efficiency in the legal framework is the merit of intake. Unfortunately, many of the lawyers are by their legal profession is protecting their families and friends interests instead of serving the Nation. A major reason for this decline is the merit level of entrance in the legal framework is below standard private law colleges. The major blow to legal education is the opening of the private Colleges that allow degree without any attendance and educational procedure. The result if that is there are far too many degrees giving by the colleges without academic procedure. In Pakistan, people are unhappy and not satisfied with the legal justice structure of the country. People have to buy justice at a very high cost and after a long period of wait and delay. Rich people get justice in those times when the court is closed and the poor people cannot get justice when the courts are open. Another reason is that the Lawyers belongs to some political parties and they defend their political party whether their political party is on the right stance or not they defend their political party and not only lawyers, Judges are also involved in the manipulation of cases and the result of the cases.
Required Improvements in Judicial System and Law education:
Improvement should be done from the grassroots level beginning from the way of entrance of person in a legal framework and also made reforms in the legal foundations. All law colleges which are below the standard should be reviewed by Supreme Court judges and prominent lawyers. Registration of the institutes which are found below par should be canceled. Department of police should be depoliticized and the level of corruption in the department should be zero because from this department justice begins. The police should have the latest models of equipment and technology to detect criminals. Every policeman should grow up with ethical manners and training. They should consider themselves as servants of public and not heads. Next thing which our court needs is judicial improvements. Cases should be attended based on merit and there should be a time limit to solve the cases. Cases should not be delayed for years. The next thing is that the government should give justice without any charges which will ensure justice to those poor who cannot afford to buy justice. Another thing is that the government should increase the number of courts at the base level in the districts to get the justice rapidly at the grassroots level.
Justice System of Pakistan also contributed in part to the differences between the poor and the riches. To gulf the gap between the poor and the riches we have to revolve our judiciary system and also we have to take measures for the betterment of education for all the people equally.
