Karachi kings is the biggest franchise in the Pakistan super league the internationally recognized international cricketing event hosted by PCB Pakistan cricket board.

Owner of the Team Slaman Iqbal:

The team Karachi kings is owned by media tycoon salman iqbal who is the CEO of ARY and ARY GROUP of companies since 2015 he succeeded his uncle Abdul Razzaq Yaqub he brought Karachi kings for 26 million USD in 2015 for 10 year period which was the highest bid at that time salman has earned a lot of respect in the past few years as ARY is one of the leading media groups of Pakistan.

Talent hunt khiladi ki khoj:

 

Karachi kings talent hunt is called ‘khiladi ki khoj’ the main reason of this hunt is to find new young energetic faces to represent the city of Karachi Rashid latif is the director of talent hunt

Alex hales:

(Alexander Daniel Hales is a British cricketer. He is a right-handed opener   who currently plays for Nottinghamshire and the England cricket team.)

 Cameron delport:

Cameron Scott Deport is a British-South African cricketer who plays in T20 league tournaments. He   studied at Westville High School. He is a left-hand opener and right-arm medium pace bowler.

 Babar azam (captain):

Mohammad Babar Azam is a Pakistani cricketer who is the captain of Pakistan national cricket team in T20 International and vice-captain in One Day Internationals. He is regarded as one of the top batsmen in the world.

 Sharjeel Khan Aliza:

Sharjeel Khan Alizai is a Pakistani cricketer who was banned for two and a half years in 2017 for his involvement in match-fixing. Known as an attacking opener.

Awais khan:

He is young fast bowler found in talent hunt he is yet to make his debut in national side.

Iftikhar Ahmed:

He is a Pakistani cricketer from   KPK. He made his international debut for the national team in November 2015.

Syed Imad Wasim Haider:

He is commonly known as Imad Wasim is a Pakistani cricketer who played in the 2006 Under-19   World Cup for the national team and is now in the national team of Pakistan.

Umar Amin:

He is a Pakistani international cricketer. Amin got his One Day International debut in the opening match of the 2010 Asia cup.

Daniel William Lawrence:

He (born 12 July 1997) is an English cricketer who plays for Essex County Cricket Club. Primarily a right-handed batsman, he also bowls right-arm off spin.

Mohammad Rizwa:

He is a Pakistani cricketer who has played first-class cricket     and Test cricket for Pakistan. He is a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper.                   

Chadwick Antonio Kirkpatrick Walton:

He is a West Indies cricketer from Jamaica. Nicknamed Rope, Walton is a right-hand batsman and wicket keeper.

Mohammad Amir:

Mohammad Amir is a Pakistani international cricketer. He made his debut at an early age of 17 years for the Pakistan Cricket Team in 2009 against Sri Lanka. He is a left-arm fast bowler.

Umaid Asif:

Umaid Asif is a Pakistani first-class cricketer who plays for Karachi Kings. He’s a six feet five inches tall right arm medium-fast bowler.

Umar yamin:

He is an all-rounder who has played for Pakistan in recent world cup.

Usama Mir:

He is a Pakistani cricketer who has played for Khan Research Laboratories since the 2013 season and also for the Sialkot Stallions Twenty20 team and remained as wicket-taking option for his captain.

Arshad Iqbal:

He is a Pakistani cricketer. He made his List a debut for Water and Power Development Authority in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup on 16 October 2018.

Chris Jordan hristopher James:

Jordan (born 4 October 1988) is a Barbadian-born British cricketer. He is a right-arm fast bowler and an attacking and aggressive right-handed batsman.

Ali Khan Cricketer:

Muhammad Ahsan Ali Khan is an American cricketer. He made his List a debut in January 2016, playing for the composite ICC America.

Waqas Maqsood:

Waqas Maqsood is a Pakistani cricketer who plays for Pakistan he is a left hand leg spinner he made his international debut for the Pakistan cricket team in November 2018.

Aamer Yamin:
He is all-rounder who bowls fast and a strong middle order batsman he has also played in Pakistan s national side.
Mitchell McClenaghan:

Mitchell John McClenaghan is in New Zealand international cricket team who plays in     T twenty    internationals. Domestically, he plays for Auckland in New Zealand. He is a left-arm medium-fast bowler.

Liam Plunkett:

Liam Edward Plunkett is an English cricketer who bowls right-arm fast. He currently plays for England cricket team. Plunkett was a part of the England squad that won the 2019 World Cup.

In the Karachi Kings team       the second Fast bowler Usman Khan, who has taken 35 wickets in 27 matches from Karachi Kings.

 

Karachi Kings Follow up model:

Due to postponed of PSL due to corona virus outbreak in Pakistan the semi and finals are postponed and most probably  it will be canceled so the team management will try to make The Karachi kings follow up model is to redeem its star players like Babar azam Muhammad Amir and international player like Alex hales and Colin Ingram and the players with not so good performances will be transferred like Usman shanwari and Umar yamin Karachi kings franchise has the ability to come stronger and the habit to get lesson from their previous mistakes so it can be surely said  by their previous performances that they will return strongly and will from  more better and stronger combination next time

 Suggestions for Improvement in Karachi Kings Team:

  Karachi kings management should be improved the players should follow strict fitness as well as public relation ethics should be treated following changes should be made.

  • The need of a p roper captain is required the captain keep changing every year.
  • Friendly relation are not seen between foreign and local players they should be treated like wise.
  • The responsibility of loss is fooled among the captain coach and management like ping pong.

The tension on the pitch seems very high and no one is there to It can be Karachi kings concluded that is a great team over all a great team but due to some of its flaws it remain under the points table to get over these issues the above measures should be taken so that Karachi can win the table and give karachiets the joy it represents the biggest city of Pakistan so it have a great responsibility we hope that karachi kings become the champion next year Insha’Allah.

Resolve the conflict Within Karachi Kings:

In the interviews it looks like that that coach and captain are not happy with the owner as well as over all performance.

CONCLUSION:

It can be concluded that Karachi kings is a great team the above measures should be taken so that it will rise as winner next time and fulfill the expectation of Karachi people.
