The flight of Quaid-e-Azam reached at Mauripur Aerodrome on 4.15. After covering approximately 4 miles from Aerodrom the ambulance of Quaid-e-Azam stop due to some issues in the engine. The driver tries to fix the problem but he failed. After 20 minutes Miss Jinnah sent the Military Secretary to arrange another ambulance. During this circumstance, Quaid-e-Azam was perspired heavily and had an irregular weak pulse. The doctor brought a thermos containing hot tea from the luggage in the truck follows them. Miss Jinnah observed that Quaid-e-Azam for the first time taken any nourishment in the whole day and it was an encouraging symbol. The new ambulance appeared after an intensely painful prolonged interval. The whole team of doctors, a nurse, and also the Military Secretary reached the Governor-General’s House in 2 hours, covered the distance of 9 to 10 miles from the Aerodrome.
The ambulance stops in front of Quaid-e-Azam’s room and moves to his bed from the stretcher. The nurse checks the temperature and pulse, at this moment the condition was normal. The doctors try to find an experienced night nurse in Karachi. It was a little difficult to arrange an experienced nurse in this short period of time. But the Military Secretary was succeeded in arranging the experience night nurse for him.
Around 9 o clock, the Quaid-e-Azam conditioned was found worsen. The doctor arrived at 9:15 and found a vulnerable pulse rate and cold body temperature. They tried to give heart stimulants by mouth but he could not swallow the medicine. The doctor also lifts the foot about six inches above to increase the blood flow to the vital centers. They also tried to give the medicine through injection but his vein was collapsed. The nurse gives oxygen continually but the whole team felt helpless. The last word Quaid-e-Azam said when doctors try to remove the fear; ‘Sir, we have given you an injection to strengthen you, and it will soon have an effect. God willing, you are going to live.’ The Quaid-i-Azam shook his head and said faintly, ‘No, I am not’.

The pulse slightly improved at 10 o clock, but after 20 minutes the doctors feel not heart sound and pulse. The doctor looked at Miss Jinnah and tried to say that he is no more. At that moment there was a nurse, three doctors, and Miss Jinnah in the room; but no one was successful in their mission.
It was the wish of Quaid-e-Azam to keep secret all about their illness. No one knows the strategy behind this wish, but the doctors and Miss Jinnah complete this wish till death.
The greatest Muslim was then buried on earth forever and no one we would see like him again. He is a blessing for the Muslims of this subcontinent.
